According to London agencies, eating 5 types of fruits and vegetables on daily bases is considered good for human’s health, but a new study showed that eating 10 types prevents up to 7.8 million premature deaths all over the world.
Another study by scientists in the Imperial College in London showed that eating around 200 grams of fruits and vegetables is linked with decreasing the dangers of heart diseases by 16%. In addition, the risks of apoplexy infection is decreased by 18 %, cancer up to 4%, and even death percentage decreases by 15%.
To prevent such diseases, it is preferred to eat apples and pears. Also, vegetables such as spinach as well as broccoli and cauliflower. Last but not least, in order to reduce the risk of cancer in particular, one should be eating green beans.
